Winters Run 1st Annual Neighborhood Garage Sale 

Friday and Saturday June 11th and 12th

9:00 am to 4:00pm (Rain or Shine)

* Each residence will be responsible for their own garage sale.
* The more  residents participating the more traffic we will get.
* Ads will be run on Craiglist and Z-Idaho.com
* Tell your Facebook friends to come and find some deals.
* Sell Anything you don;t need or want anymore.

Winters Run 1st Annual Neighborhood BBQ

Everyone is invited to attend the 1st Annual Winters Run Neighborhood BBQ. This is a great opportunity to meet and/or get to know your neighbors. 
When: SATURDAY June 26th

 Where: Neighborhood Park

Time: 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Bring your OWN EVERYTHING - BBQ Frill, Meat, Drinks, Coolers, Chairs, Picnic Blankets, Tables, Awnings, or whatever you want. 
If you don't have a grill don't worry, we will find a place to stick your meat!

Welcome Friends and Neighbors!

Welcome to our first official neighborhood Blog. We hope you will enjoy getting updates about the neighborhood and we can use this as a way to communicate to each other.

March 6, 2010 was our neighborhoods first official meeting. Those that attended, it was good for the neighbors to meet each other and express concerns for our subdivision. Those that were not able to attend we hope to see you at the next meeting, which is yet to be announced. Soon we will be posting the minutes from the meeting so everyone can be aware of what was discussed.

One of the things discussed was a way for everyone to communicate so we created this blog to get the latest information out and an email account for any questions or concerns that need to be brought up.

We would like to have a garage sale this spring when the weather warms up a bit as well as get the plans in motion for a July 4th Celebration BBQ in the neighborhood.
